The trio, Grace Chen (Grace Chen Couture); Hai Lin (Particle Fever) and Jianxia Yin (UOOYAA) all had one thing in common – commercial success. But that’s where their stories had ended.

Kokaistudios has transformed a 1920's historical villa into the House of Grace Chen, a Haute Couture retail outlet in the heart of Shanghai. This newly finished office incorporates a showroom, gallery, library, show kitchen, VIP suite as well as fitting rooms and office rooms. The design was done in collaboration with fashion designer Grace Chen, with emphasis on craftsmanship and intricate details and a style that is rooted in Chinese culture but modern in style.
